Fodor's Review:

Silver Cloud Bar & Grill might be the only place in the city where you can order a champagne cocktail alongside sloppy Joes and Tater Tots and not open yourself up to a citizen's arrest. For us, that's reason enough to go. Spacious red-leather booths, retro-fringed lamps, friendly service, and an upbeat neighborhood crowd round out the good points.
