Vermilion

Vermilion Review

Vermilion touts itself as a Latin-Indian fusion restaurant, but its best dishes are strictly Eastern, such as artichoke pakoras and tamarind-glazed ribs. Lots of small-plate options—led by the lamb chops and scallops—encourage sampling. Despite cool fashion photography on the walls and techno music in the air, the welcome here is warm. Late-night dining hours on weekends draw a club-going crowd.
