Vermilion

Fodor's Review:

Vermilion touts itself as a Latin-Indian fusion restaurant, but its best dishes are strictly Eastern. Skip the Latin-salute ceviche and empanadas in favor of the Coca-Cola-marinated. Lots of small-plate options—led by the lamb chops and scallops—encourage sampling. Despite cool fashion photography on the walls and techno music in the air, the welcome here is warm. Late-night dining hours draw a club-going crowd.
