Fodor's Review

It's hard to camouflage a basement location, but Trattoria No. 10 gives it a good go with terra-cotta colors, arched entryways, and quarry-tile floors, all of which evoke Italy. Pre-theater diners crowd in for the house specialties such as ravioli filled with seasonal stuffings like asparagus and provolone, classic antipasti selections like caprese salad with vine-ripened tomatoes and bufala mozzarella, and substantial secondi piatti like grass-fed New York

strip steak with artichoke-gorgonzola risotto. Meanwhile, cheap chowsters elbow into the bar for the $15 nibbles buffet served 5–7:30 pm Tuesday through Friday with a $6 drink minimum.
