Fodor's Expert Review Naha
Editor's Note: This property is currently undergoing renovations.
Cousins Carrie and Michael Nahabedian lend their name (well, the first two syllables, anyway) and considerable culinary and hospitality skills to this upscale venture. The clean space is done in shades of cream and sage, and the menu focues on sophisticated and eye-catching dishes such as wood-grilled beef rib eye, lacquered duck, or New Zealand venison glazed with mustard. Wine is treated with reverence, from the well-chosen selection of vintages to the high-quality stemware. Solos and social-seekers can sit at the convivial bar and order from the main menu.
