Fodor's Review

Locals don't call owner Ina Pinkney Chicago's "Breakfast Queen" for nothing. Dishes like vegetable hash, "scrapple" (polenta mixed with cheddar and black beans, fried into a disk, and served with eggs and chorizo), and Southern fried chicken and waffles at breakfast, and warm goat-cheese salads, chicken potpie, and homemade meatloaf at lunch offer something for everyone, with a homey warmth that keeps the regulars coming back for more. It's extra convenient for the Randolph Street loft dwellers, so Ina's regularly generates a queue, especially on weekends.
