Kaluakoi Hotel and Golf Club

Fodor's Review:

This late-1960s resort passed through several owners, and is now closed and forlorn. The last owner, Molokai Ranch, has given up resort operations and is no longer maintaining the property. The abandoned golf course and landscaping is dying, and the buildings are boarded up. Some very nice condos are still operating nearby, however, and the white sand beach along the coast (Kepuhi Beach) is still worth a visit.
