Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea Review
Impeccably stylish, subdued, and relaxing describe most Four Seasons properties, and this one fronting award-winning Wailea beach is no exception; thoughtful luxuries—like Evian spritzers poolside and twice-daily housekeeping—earned this Maui favorite its reputation. The property has an understated elegance, with beautiful floral arrangements, courtyards, and poolside cabanas. Most rooms have an ocean view (avoid those over the parking lot in the North Tower, if you can), and terry robes and a mini-refrigerator (stocked with your favorites on request) are among the amenities. Choose among three restaurants (including Wolfgang Puck's Spago and the even swankier and more expensive DUO Steak & Seafood) or 24-hour room service. The spa has 13 indoor and 3 outdoor treatment rooms, and is expertly staffed and impeccably appointed. You can also opt for poolside spa mini-treatments, and there is an adults-only serenity pool. Families: request Suite 301, with its round tub and private lawn.
2010 Fodor's 100 Hotel Award Winner

From pool attendants passing out ice water and chilled towels on hot days to housekeeping making twice-a-day visits, the thoughtful touches and special treatment are what make a stay at the Four Seasons memorable.
