Fodor's Review:

The only storefront sign announcing this delightful Vietnamese hideaway is one reading open. Once you find it (below the historic bridge in Wailuku), treat yourself to the Vietnamese pho (soup) in rich beef broth, rice in a clay pot, or banh hoi chao tom, more commonly known as "shrimp pops burritos" (ground marinated shrimp, steamed and grilled on a stick of sugarcane). Wok-fried or steamed whole opakapaka(blue snapper) is always available, and vegetarian fare is well represented—try the green-papaya salad or tofu with lemongrass. The simple white interior serves as a backdrop for Vietnamese carvings, and booths make for some privacy. Owner Jennifer Nguyen really makes the place, so ask to talk story with her if she's in.

This restaurant is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and super nice. Service was excellent. The food was amazing. IF you like Thai food this is a great restaurant. generous portions. We went our first time on Maui and just last March we made a return trip. It is hard to find -there is no sign- look for the shooting stars off the roof or open your window for the delicious smell will lead you there
