If you don't need everything to be totally modern, consider setting up house at this North Kihei condominium-by-the-sea with individually owned units offered in two categories: standard and deluxe. Some are older and some have slightly dated furnishings, but the deluxe units have benefited from upgrades. Each one comes with everything you need to make yourself at home: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; laundry facilities; TV; DVD; and stereo equipment. There are three different room plans suited for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The pool area and its deck is a social place, with five gas grills, a full outdoor kitchen, hot tub, men's and women's sauna rooms, and a shuffleboard court. Luana Kai adjoins a grassy county park with tennis courts, and the beach is just across this grass.
