Fodor's Review:

If you don't need everything to be totally modern, consider setting up house at this North Kihei condominium-by-the-sea. Units are older and some have slightly dated furnishings, but each one comes with everything you need to make yourself at home: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, TV, DVD, and stereo equipment. There are three different room plans suited for couples, families, or friends traveling together. The pool area and its new deck is a social place, with five gas grills, a full outdoor kitchen, hot tub, men's and women's sauna rooms, and a shuffleboard court. The property adjoins a grassy county park with tennis courts, and the beach is a short way down the road. Pros: great value; meticulously landscaped grounds; excellent management team. Cons: it's not right on the beach; it's not sleek and modern.
