The Old Wailuku Inn at Ulupono Review

Built in 1924 and listed on the State of Hawaii Register of Historic Places, this home may be the ultimate Hawaiian B&B; each room is decorated with the theme of a Hawaiian flower, and the flower motif appears in the heirloom Hawaiian quilt on each bed. Other features include 10-foot ceilings and floors of native hardwoods; some rooms have delightful whirlpool tubs. The first-floor rooms have private gardens. A newer cottage, Vagabond's House, has three gorgeous rooms, each with a standing spa shower and bed coverings by Hawaii's premier fabric designer, Sig Zane. A hearty, delicious breakfast is served in the lovely dining room.
