At this automated sushi bar, it's fun to watch items go around in circles on dual conveyor belts. There are 220 locations in Japan, 35 in Singapore, and 2 on Maui (this is the first; it's sister restaurant opened at Lahaina Gateway in 2008). Watch fresh spicy ahi tuna and other sushi treats parade past you, then grab what you like, pop items in your mouth, and grab for more. Sit in large booths or on stools in cool, air-conditioned comfort. Children love the show, and there's a kid-friendly menu. In addition, you can choose plenty of cooked items such as shrimp tempura. Ordering to go is easy with a walk-up counter. Prices are very reasonable.
