Sit inside this popular pizzeria and watch the chef stir the giant cauldron of organic fresh tomatoes over kiawe wood. Every item on the menu screams that it's fresh, sustainable, and oh-so-good for you. Wood-fired pizzas are baked in a clay oven, and meats include nitrate-free pepperoni and free-range pork. Partake in the "Mopsy's Pork Pie" with kalua(baked underground)pork, barbecue sauce, and pineapple goat cheese; or the "Pele's Pesto" with Roma tomatoes, goat cheese, and olives. Portions are large and service is prompt and friendly, despite the near-constant crowds. It can get hot inside with all of those clay ovens, so dress accordingly or opt to sit in the breezy courtyard.

We dined at Flatbread 3 times during our 10 day stay in Maui. Both the salads and pizzas are delicious. I loved that you could customize everything at an affordable price! I am vegan and was able to have three different pizzas (cheese free) instead of the one vegan option that is on the menu of most restaurants.
The wait staff are great - very friendly and good at their job.
