This popular park is also known as "Thousand Peaks," because the waves just keep coming. Beginning to intermediate wave riders will enjoy this as a good spot to longboard or boogie board. It's easy entry into the water and you don't have to paddle out very far. The beach itself leaves something to be desired, as it's more dead grass than sand, but there are plenty of barbecues, picnic tables, and some shade mostly from thorny kiawe trees, so footwear is a good idea at this beach. Portable toilets are available.
