Fodor's Review:

The line leading up to the counter of this tiny corner fish market should attest to the popularity of the tasty fish sandwiches—though the great location right in the middle of Paia doesn't hurt. Bench seating is somewhat grimy, but you will find a good fish sandwich. Don't bother with the other items—go for your choice of fillet on a soft bun with a dollop of slaw and some grated cheese. As we say in Hawaii, ono (delicious)!

Stopped here 2 days ago on our first trip to Maui. Recommended by friends, and we were not disappointed. They have a list of several types of fresh fish to choose from. Order the sandwich (served on a bun with grated cheese, tartar sauce and coleslaw). It was a delicious lunch. The sandwich and fries was around $10.50, and very much worth the price. Yes, the benches are a little grimy, but it's a great little place to sit and have a bite while you're shopping in Pa'ia.
