All aboard the sleek double-deck power catamaran Ocean Quest for a dinner of grilled steak and chicken, mahimahi, and Island Rum Macadamia Nut pie. This cruise holds up to 147 people, so it can be crowded. You might opt for the 50-foot catamaran sail on Manutea, a relaxing "booze cruise," with hot and cold appetizers, live entertainment, and an open bar.
