Fodor's Review:

Tucked into a mall's food court, this eatery is the best and cheapest Vietnamese fast food on the island. Pho, the famous soups, come laden with seafood or rare beef, fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime. Tasty sandwiches are served on crisp French rolls—lemongrass chicken is a favorite. The word is out, so the place gets busy at lunchtime, though the wait is never long. Make sure to try one of the flavored tapiocas for dessert and take home some freshly baked croissants. Also check out Ba Le's latest incarnation in Wailuku.
