Fodor's Review:

Whether you're a party of 10 or 2, this is the place to share Cantonese West Lake beef soup, honey walnut prawns, and lamb-back ribs with garlic sauce. Tasteful, simple decor that focuses on feng shui and sharp angles complements the solid Chinese menu. Dim sum is served at lunch only. Can't decide what to order? Try the set meals for two, four, or six people. The restaurant shares parking with the Maui Megaplex and makes a great pre- or postmovie stop.

We live in Maui, and dine at Dragon, Dragon on a regular basis. They definitely prepare the best Chinese food in Maui.
