Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto formal gardens and lovely vistas of the mist-clad mountains at this informal spot serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try poached eggs on crab cakes to start the day and grilled mahimahi with charred lime to finish it. A "design your entrée" menu lets you choose sauces for your meat, poultry, or seafood entrée as well as an appropriate side dish. The soothing sounds of the grand piano in the Great Hall in the evening complete the ambience.
