Fodor's Expert Review The Terrace

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors at this spacious lounge open onto formal gardens and lovely vistas of the mist-clad mountains. A comfort-food menu features a hearty breakfast to start the day, and braised beef with pearl onions to finish it. The Sunday brunch is a special treat. In the evening the soothing sounds of Hawaiian music or the grand piano in the Great Hall complete the ambience. As of this writing, the Terrace is closed, with plans to reopen for the holiday season in late 2015.
