Since its opening, Oasis has focused on quality, simplicity, and local sourcing. Low light, wooden structures, indoor and outdoor seating, and an oceanfront view help create a romantic and intimate setting. But you're here for the food. Most of their ingredients are bought at local farmers' markets. Roasted beets, Caprese-style tomatoes, and grilled kale make for excellent starters. An array of fresh local fish and beef entrées are served with uncommon sauces and sides such as warm grapefruit vinaigrette, Okinawan sweet potato puree, roasted cherry beurre blanc, and cognac soy. The menu allows for half portions, which is a golden opportunity for your taste buds to savor more in one seating.
