Trade winds waft through this modest little open-air bar, which looks out onto a coconut grove. The bar and restaurant is on the property of the Kauai Coast Resort but operates independently. If the mood takes you, go on a short walk to the sea, or recline in big, comfortable chairs in Wally's Bar in the lobby while listening to Hawaiian slack key guitar. Live music plays from Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Poolside happy hour runs from 3 to 5. Try one of the freshly infused tropical martinis or Kauai-made mead, or choose from a good selection of wines by the glass.
