This funky little coffeehouse is the best thing to happen to the East Side in years. Owner Annie Caporuscio had a vision for a venue that supports music, community, and art. Poetry slams, improv jazz, open-mike nights, comedy, and writing groups—you'll find them all on this tiny lot across the street from the beach in Kapaa. You can't miss the bright blue façade of this two-story house or the crowd hanging out beneath umbrellas on the front stoop. Open daily with nightly entertainment, this café is abuzz with local talent and soulful conversation. And it hasn't hurt business to offer free Wi-Fi either.
