Suite Paradise Poipu Kai Review

Condominiums, many with cathedral ceilings and all with big windows overlooking the lawns, give Suite Paradise the feeling of a spacious, quiet retreat inside and out. Large furnished lanai have views to the ocean and across the 70-acre grounds. All condos are furnished with full kitchens, and some of the remodeled units have newer kitchen appliances. Some units are two-level; some have sleeping lofts. One- to four-bedroom units are also available. A two-night minimum stay is required, although during the holidays the minimum stay can be longer. Walking paths connect to both Brennecke and Shipwreck beaches, but if you want to swim or snorkel safely, walk the extra 100 yards from Brennecke's to reach the calmer Poipu Beach.

    Suite Paradise Poipu Kai Review

We got a one bedroom 'garden view' condo in poipu for about $115 a night +tax at the Suite-Praadise site and a free compact car that we upgraded to a convertible. The condo was nice. Maybe not as nice as one of the nearby hotels, but we paid less and got a full kitchen and saved a lot (in Hawaii the fast food dollar menus start at three dollars, I swear). There's a lot of great places to swim and snorkel within walking distance.
