Fodor's Review:

Kauai's largest condo project is lackluster, though the location is excellent. Forty-two plantation-style, low-rise buildings arc around a large, grassy field leading to the beach. The individually decorated one- and two-bedroom units vary in style, but all are clean, have lanai, and get lots of ocean breezes. This is a popular destination for families who take advantage of the swimming beach and lawn for picnics and games. Pros: Great sunset and ocean views are bonuses in some units. Cons: Not the best place to stay if you're looking for a romantic getaway.
