Perched on a rocky point above pounding surf—perfect for whale- or turtle-watching—three low-rise buildings have individually owned condos with full kitchens, washer-dryers, and central air-conditioning. There's an oceanside pool. All have large windows, and many condos have bedrooms on the ocean side; each unit either shares a sundeck or has a lanai. Weddings are sometimes staged on a little lawn beside the ocean, and a sandy swimming beach is a 10-minute walk away.
