Hank's Haute Dogs

Hank's Haute Dogs Review

Owner Henry "Hank" Adaniya may know a thing or two about hot dogs, since he was once a prominent restaurateur in Chicago. As seen on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, his upscale hot dog stand is always busy despite having limited metered street parking. Even if you only have the Chicago Dog, which is made with all the traditional fixings, you won't be disappointed; but people love the lobster dog, bratwurst, and decadent "fat boy," a hot dog wrapped in bacon and deep-fried. Wash your choice down with a hibiscus lemonade or lilikoi-lime soda, and pair with fries and unique dipping sauces. The original restaurant is in industrial Kakaako, but you can find the same great dogs at the International Marketplace location in Waikiki at 2330 Kalakaua Avenue.
