The beautifully blistered pies are cooked in a white-tiled Ferrara wood-burning oven that you can see in the open kitchen of this bright, light pizzeria with robin's egg–blue Eames shell chairs. This is as Neapolitan as it gets on Oahu, and these are the best pizzas on the island, topped with such ingredients as soppressata, prosciutto, and spicy meatballs. At dinner, look for a short menu of chef specials, perhaps a grilled octopus salad or square of roasted pork belly.
