Fodor's Review

This boutique property just two blocks from Waikiki Beach offers surfer chic accommodations and is a great value, too. The cool blue-and-green color scheme, surfing videos on flat-screen TVs behind the check-in desk, and lounge chairs throughout don't leave any doubt about where you are and why this hotel appeals to the young and young at heart. Most rooms in this non-smoking hotel have lanai, and there are a bunch of freebies, including Wi-Fi in the lobby, high-speed

Internet wired in the rooms, continental breakfast, Kona coffee and tea service available around the clock, and newspaper delivery. As with all the Aqua properties, pricing is dynamic, meaning the hotel charges according to occupancy, so rates can vary greatly from week to week. Asking for a few different travel times can often net you a great deal of savings with them. Tuesday manager's reception featuring the hotel's signature drink, "The Wipeout." Parking costs $20 and is limited.
