Fodor's Review:
Long beloved for its Thai classics, such as spicy curries and stir-fries and sticky rice in woven grass baskets, based on family recipes, Chiang Mai is just a short cab ride from Waikiki. Some dishes, like the signature Cornish game hen in lemon grass and spices, show how acculturation can create interesting pairings. The space is cozy and decorated with Thai fabrics and artworks. Reservations recommended.
