Diamond Head Market & Grill Review

Just five minutes from Waikiki hotels is Kelvin Ro's one-stop food shop—indispensable if you have accommodations with a kitchen. Join surfers, beach bunnies, and Diamond Head hikers at the take-out window to order gourmet sandwiches and plates such as hand-shaped burgers, portobello steaks, Korean kalbi ribs, and grilled ahi with wasabi-ginger sauce, rice, and salad. The chilled shelves in the market stock wraps, Japanese bentos, and salads, as well as heat-and-eat items like soups and roasted pork with mashed potatoes. And from the bakery come giant scones and desserts like lemon crunch cake. You can also pick up wine, beer, and soft drinks.

    This place is a dump

Have you ever looked inside the window at the kitchen? Scary...and dirty. We live a half a block away from this dump and wake up each morning to the stench of it's cooking. You can't even make out what they are cooking becasue it just stinks like smoke/grease. They must never clean their smoke stack...we are calling the health department.
