¢-$, Waikiki
Fodor's Review:
This small hotel fronts busy Ala Moana Boulevard, one-block from Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beach Park, on the ewa end of Waikiki. Although it doesn't offer much in the way of lobby space, ocean views, or room amenities, it is within walking distance of beach parks, shopping, and restaurants. Here you have the option of standard hotel rooms or studios with kitchenettes. Room interior decor pays tribute to Hawaii polo enthusiasts, and front desk staff are happy to assist with driving directions to the playing fields at Mokuleia and Waimanalo -- pack a picnic if you go.
