Fodor's Review

Downtown Honolulu's only hotel is an all-suites high-rise in the center of the business district, within walking distance of the historic Capitol District, museums, and Honolulu's Chinatown, and a 10-minute drive from Honolulu International Airport. It's also three blocks from Aloha Tower Marketplace and the cruise-ship terminal at Pier 10. Accommodations occupy the top 10 floors of the 40-story glass tower, and have panoramic views of downtown Honolulu and Honolulu Harbor. Each spacious suite has a separate living area, three phones, deep whirlpool tubs, and kitchenette stocked with cold beverages. Some units have washer-dryers. It is also within walking distance to the newly revitalized Chinatown area that's burgeoning with new restaurants, bars, and art galleries. For travelers with business in downtown Honolulu or cruise passengers departing from Honolulu, this hotel is a convenient option. Remember that downtown is deserted on weekends and at night, so expect to wander to Waikiki or Chinatown for restaurants and activity.
