Fodor's Review

This historic roadside store has been transformed into a combination convenience store, bakeshop, lunch stop, gift shop, and museum. When Kurt and Thea Brown purchased the property in 2010, they discovered a treasure trove of untouched inventory dating to the 1920s. These artifacts are on display, along with such gift items as koa bowls, cool retro T-shirts, and Kona coffee grown on site. Stop by for fresh produce, beverages, spirits, ice cream, Thea's yummy fresh-baked cookies, or a burger or sandwich enjoyed on the outdoor lanai overlooking the coffee trees.
