Fodor's Review:

For years this 24-hour coffee shop between the airport and the hotels along Banyan Drive has been a gathering place for Hilo residents. As its name implies, Ken's serves good pancakes, but there are about 180 other tasty local specialties and American diner-inspired items from which to choose. Wednesday is prime rib night.

Food was good, service not to bad considering the place was packed for lunch. Regulars will get served first, but no big deal considering they are usually trying to get back to work.
