This typical, local Hawaiian restaurant looks like an old coffee shop or a Denny's—it's dark and nondescript inside, with booths along the walls and basic tables with bingo hall chairs in the middle of the room. Local families love it for the huge portions of pork chops, chicken katsu, and an assortment of grilled or pan-seared fish specialties at very reasonable prices. It has been popular with locals since it opened a few years back and there's sometimes a wait for a table. "Biggie's" also serves a great breakfast—the prices and portions make this a good place to take large groups or families.

The on-line reviews on this place brought us into the restaurant. The service was excellent and friendly and the food portions more than filling - had to use a doggie bag for the huge chicken portions!
