Fodor's Review:

Older and more reasonably priced than most of the condo complexes along the Kohala Coast, the two-bedroom, two-bath Vista condos offer ocean views and a great value for this part of the island. All are large and well appointed, with two lanai per unit, plus they are walking distance to A-Bay, the King's Shops at Waikoloa, and the restaurants and amenities of the Hilton Waikoloa, and within short driving distance of the airport, other resorts, and a variety of Big Island sights. Pros: centrally located, reasonably priced, very large units. Cons: hit or miss on decor because each unit is individually owned, some owners charge (refundable) security deposits.
