Fodor's Review:

A fantastic new addition to the Kona dining scene, Fujimamas serves up tasty fusion dishes like shiitake sirloin with wasabi mashed potatoes, pan-seared salmon on a curried corn pancake, and a positively addictive "Thai Caesar salad" that is big enough to share. Unless it's a rare chilly night, opt to sit outside on the patio, surrounded by bamboo and colorful artwork, while sipping a passion-fruit cocktail.
