A tiny little hole in the wall housed in a small shopping center, you could easily miss Adriana's if you don't happen to catch their homemade sign down on the highway pointing the way. It's worth keeping an eye out. The restaurant's owner and namesake serves up home-cooked El Salvadoran food—generally very similar to Mexican food, except with slightly fewer chilies. Adriana's handmade tamales are incredible, and no other spot on the island has a salsa bar to compete with this one.
