Fodor's Review:

Cradled between two small beaches, this condo complex is great for swimmers and sunbathers in summer (the sand at Magic Sands Beach washes away in winter). Units vary because they're individually owned, but all the studios are oceanfront, spacious, and light. Some units have enclosed lanai, and all have an ocean view. Pros: next door to popular beach, ocean view from all units. Cons: studios only, some units are very dated.
