Cradled between a lovely grass park on one side and Magic Sands (or Laaloa) Beach Park on the other, this condo complex is great for swimmers, surfers, and sunbathers. These studios vary because they're individually owned, but all are spacious and light, with oceanfront views right above the surf. Most units have lanai.
