ResortQuest Kona by the Sea

Fodor's Review:

Complete modern kitchens, tile lanai, and washer-dryer units can be found in every suite of this comfortable oceanfront condo complex. Despite being near the bustling town of Kailua-Kona, this four-story place is quiet and relaxing. The nearest sandy beach is 2 mi away, but the pool is next to the ocean and many of the rooms have ocean views. Guests are lulled to sleep by the ocean nightly. Be sure to check the Web site for specials: they usually offer a fourth or fifth night free and often advertise deals only on their own Web site. Pros: ocean front, quiet and peaceful. Cons: no beach, not many kid-friendly features.
