The Inn at Kulaniapia Falls

Fodor's Review:
The Inn at Kulaniapia has wonderful views both of Hilo Bay and a magnificent 120-foot waterfall that tumbles into a 300-foot-wide swimming pond. The Pagoda, a private guesthouse with a kitchen and living room, sleeps four adults and two children for $175 a night. The only drawbacks are the slightly tacky decor and less than amazing service. The spa has a menu of eight different massages. All in all, this place is a good deal for those who aren't expecting four-star accommodations.
