Aside from the lobby, this restaurant is the best-looking part of the Sheraton Keauhou Bay, with a prime view facing the Bay. The enormous windows are left open most of the time, making it feel almost like an outdoor restaurant. The menu is limited, but each entrée is good, from the fresh local fish to the brined and roasted hormone-free chicken. Everything is prepared with that fusion of Pacific Rim and Continental that makes up Hawaiian cuisine. The seared ahi appetizer is not to be missed. Breakfast is a good bet as well; very reasonable, great buffet, and the view during the daytime is just about perfect.
