Kealakekua is home to the first high-end designer boutique on the Big Island, a prayer answered for locals who had been forever complaining that they couldn't find "cool" clothes anywhere. Sirena carries squeal-worthy contemporary clothing from designers like Carlos Miele, Barbara Bui, and Catherine Malandrino. If these names are familiar, we don't need to tell you to expect high prices.
