Fodor's Review:

Children enjoy the spider monkeys, the pygmy hippopotamus, and the white tiger (feedings are every day at 3:30) in this quiet zoo, the only rain-forest zoo in the United States. There is a variety of native Hawaiian species, such as the state bird, the nene (Hawaiian goose), as well as a small petting zoo every Saturday 1:30-2:30.

  • Cost: Free
  • Open: Daily 9-4
