This center, on 26 tropical acres, has a bit of a commune feel. With its exposed redwood beams, Balinese doorways, and imported art, Yoga Oasis draws those who seek relaxation and rejuvenation, and perhaps a free yoga lesson or two. A 1,600-square-foot state-of-the-art yoga and gymnastics space, with 18-foot ceilings, crowns this friendly retreat. You're close to hot springs and black-sand beaches, and the volcano is a 45-minute drive away. Bathrooms are shared. Pros: daily yoga, focus on relaxation, very low prices. Cons: remote location, shared bathrooms in the main building.
