A steep trail leads through this lush green valley and down to Pololu Beach, which edges a rugged coastline ribboned by silver waterfalls. Even if you're not in the mood for a hike down into the valley, Pololu is still worth a visit for the stunning views from the lookout.

If you take this company, their pinzgauer Austrian military vehicle makes the trip much smoother--also, the guide was a local who actually owned a bunch of the mules down there and knew the area inside and out.
Also, they have an exclusive permit to let you bathe in a mountain pool under a waterfall--incredible experience!
