Formerly Huli Sue's, this casual little restaurant along the highway serves up generous sandwiches, salads, and melt-in-your-mouth barbecue items, including kiawe-smoked meat like ribs, pork ribs, and brisket. Additional options range from pupu platters, chowders, and crayfish boils to salads made with produce grown in Waimea and a variety of seafood pasta dishes. Because the owners are fisherpeople, the ceviche and poke use fish caught from their boat. The on-site market
sells fresh fish, homemade sausage, and freshly made salad dressings and sauces.
