Riverview Hotel Review

A giant step back in time, this 1916 hotel looks straight out of the Old West. The lobby resembles a museum, with old cameras in a glass case and high-backed typewriters on display. A Tiffany lamp—the real thing—hangs over the reception desk. Guest rooms with river views have ornate iron beds and antique furniture from the owner's family. The popular Seagles's Waterfront Café features steaks and seafood, including delicious rock shrimp. Picnic lunches can be packed for your Cumberland Island excursion.
