A case in point is Seagle's Saloon and Patio Bar, a smoky watering hole not far from the Florida state line that's festooned with University of Georgia memorabilia. Bawdy bartender Cindy Deen is a local legend, so expect some Southern sass.

Cindy Deen took us by surprise, but ended up entertaining us. You cannot be thin skinned to get along with her. However, we only drank there and didn't have anything to eat. My only complaint is that I am not a smoker and it was very smokey and stale inside the bar. Outside was much better.
