Fodor's Review:

It seems appropriate that the only watering hole in Hog Hammock is named the Trough. It's a small, bare-bones, belly-up-to-the-bar establishment, but owner Julius Bailey serves his beer ice-cold, and there's usually a good conversation going on. It's next to the Wallow Lodge (operated by Julius's wife, Cornelia), right "downtown."
